boost or swap?

Default boost or swap?

im debating on boostin my d16y8 or do a b16 or b18 swap. i wanted to boost the D for a long time jus to be a lil different from everyone boostin the B series swaps. i can do either but im havin a hard time choosin. which do you think i should do?

well I had the d16 non-vtec n' always thought that the gearing would be awesome for boost n' now I've got a b16a in my crx but couldn't give ya an opinion on it... wating for CMS to get it back to me with the wiring done lol... but yeah I say go for it~ if you can have it done right and have the right ppl do it for ya~ boostin the d-series would be cool

when my car is all done ill bring it out and let you take a look at it, i would say boost the single cam it will be more fun to drive, plus more horsepower than a stock swap

yeah..i think ima boost the D..that's wat im lean'n towards more. should i do a t3, t28, or 18g? my bro says he'll lemme get the 18g from him but i kno other people that have the other two..opinions...i jus wanna run like 14's with the sohc turbo

www.d-series.org boost the sohc then eat some B's. If you want to keep the a/c i would say do t3 it's an all around good turbo. I have bought a 13g and a ihi and i think i am going to go with the t3.

my brother has a t28 that has been built like a t3/t4 and spools up as quick as the t28. supposively the best turbo for any honda motor. i think i might get that. anybody kno how quick a boosted D series is?

erics best run was a 13.5?? but he ran like 14.1 all day but that was back in the day when he had dif. mani and what not..his motors got alot of stuff done tho
