Default Low resistance plug wires for turbo set up?

set aside that they are illegal on the street and all, if i was to say push 13 psi, with the compression ratio 9.2:1 on an almost stock Ls b18a would i need a stronger spark? i dont want to upgrade the coil yet, or would the stock ignition do fine with the low boost?

also, will i need to change the MAP sensor after boosting it? thanks in advance.
