who coated your manifold? how much did it cost? I have a One-fab topmount and type1 a/c at my house, I'm still tring to decide topmount or A/C? decisions, decisions.

I didnt get an e-mail to your reply TheShodan on Honda-Tech does my coatings. The exhaust manifold was $125.00 shipped and the wastegate was $30.00 shipped. Next is the turbocharger. What size downpipe do you have for the top mount?

Here are some more pictures. My TiAL 44mm came back from coating today

no DP yet but, I have some 3.5" pipe in my garage. I've never seen a 3.5" DP so I'm thinking what the hell. That coated wastegate = pure sex. my turbine housing and wastegate is def. getting done. I was thinking about wrapping the manifold. I'll be giving him a PM on H-T. thanks for the info.

I have seen a 3.5" downpipe but not on a Honda. I have seen a 4" on a Honda. The 3.5" was on a DSM.

Thanks for the compliment. What turbocharger do you have? As soon as my "other" GT3076RLE gets here it's being shipped out to have the compressor cover and turbine housing coated. I will most likely wrap the downpipe and intercooler piping with thermal wrap.

I may end up going with the 4"DP and exhaust. anyways I'm going to use a sc6152e, it's seen boost maybe 5 times. My younger brother used it on his sr20 but, he didn't have an EMS and injectors. I think it woulda been fine on stock ish @10psi but, he never gave me time to install my wideband. I just assembled my 84.5mm "tampa stock" LS/vtec but, don't have the funds to complete the setup rite now. I'm waiting to buy a tial 44mm and an ATI dampner. I'm hoping to complete it within a month and chalk(sp?) up another 500+whp honda in the bay area. then its time to break some stock axles.

I would see if you could sell the 3.5" piping and buy 4" piping. If you want to know of some good places to get materials let me know. Too bad he didnt get to use it on his SR20. I sold a friend a GT2871R for his SR20. It's fun Your stock sleeves must be non-existant at 84.5mm I have a Fluidampr. One of the wisest investments I made IMO. A month two months. All the same in a way. Take your time and dont skip over anything. Good luck

My stuffs... You can see the freshly coated manifold, dumptupe, and turbine housing in this pic (compressor was pollished) Looks pretty good for a T25

And you can kinda see the old coated downpipe in this pic... I have since gone to a bigger downpipe that is not yet coated....
