My 1990 integra is not running right at all, it has no power, while sitting still it idles like crap, and when the throttle is opened to the max is sits at idle and will slowly creep to about 2000 rpms, then it takes right off, but while driving the car has no power an wont even get up and go to take off. Whats the problem? every now and then the check engine light comes on, and the ecu light flashes once fast, then once slow, and thats it, is that a CEL code 1 or 11?

Please help....

 

If its coming up a code 1 then that means its your oxygen sensor, might wanna switch that out and see what happens. and by the way there is no code 11 so iono why its blinking that way,you sure its one slow and one fast?

 

I was thinking 02 sensor as well, but got wondering i that would really make it idle rough and not want to rev

 

I dont think an 02 sensor would do that.. check and see if all of your vacuume lines are hooked up and in tact.

 

also could be a code 10 and a code 1

 

fast blink is code one slow blink is code ten

 

make sure button is on tight(screw inside of distributor.) also check for moisture. maybe vacuum lines also as stated by turborotary.
