question about oil

what's the best oil to use for a ls turbo setup? would i want a thicker or thinner oil? synthetic or synthetic blend?

I personally like in my turbo setup Mobil one 10w30 I think green top or if you have a little smoke then 15w50 Red top. IMO

IMHO Synthetic is not good for turbo's. This can be debated all day long with out anyone giving a good answer. So I would suggest sticking with what the FSM says.

Also, how many miles are on your motor? Usually on a Honda you want to stick with 10W30. Regular not synthetic oil.
