honda/acura oil pump

Default honda/acura oil pump

i have a 90 ls integra... im new to this motor stuff so bear with me...


would a bad oil pump and rod bearings cause my car to stall and die? pm me if you can help answer that question.

no it will not if you have both of thos problems you will no it from the sound

It can but that would mean you oil catch screen is getting pluged up with metal chuncks. Then stalling out at low rpms. This is possible but oil change would tell more of what's going on. A bad oil pump can be noisey at low rpm too.
