Even if you have all the parts (which is more then just clutch, shifter, and tranny) the auto to 5spd swap will run you 2g's.
Im not sure what you mean by "whole new a/c" - But I imagine you mean to run an entire new AC system in the car? The AC compressor is around 300-400 dollars, the lines and hoses are probably 200-400 bucks. The condensor is another 100, the fan is 50ish. Someone to fill and install it all will be another 200-500 dollars.

i work at an A/C shop what all r u wanting to know...how much is a compressor???or to install compressor, dryer, evap...well the shop its very expensive...it all depends on what you have whats not leaking stuff like that...what kinda car...give me more details...
