Put the h22 in, Started conecting the harness, and took my meter to check continuity between the alt and the ecu to double check on the wires, And accidently hit the gnd on the cable, and my meter went off, I was like what the fuck, So I tried between the cable's + and -, with no battery hooked up, and I had tone. So I proceeded to disconnect the harness completly, Still tone, Took the old ecu out, still tone, So I extended my leads and brought the meter in the car, Tone being present, And pulled every fuse out 1 at a time, and still tone. And unpluged multiple Relays Etc. WTF

Any suggestions?

try another meter maybe, My wiggys always give false readings till I got a fluke

Meters good to go, My newly acquired fluke. But ya, Im stumped. I drove the car to my house, running deal. Weird, I just need to take some time and take 1 deal at atime.

Solved, Stupid mistake, Never leave the 1/2 rachet on the crank when trying to start it, Very easy to short out the starter solinoid. God I love wisky..
