Default need your opinion

well as some of you know i am in the process of boosting my h22 accord
but i ran in to some problems.

when the turbo is on the manifold it hits the front motor mount
and i might lose my ac due to the ac line being in the way.
- should i grind the mount down til it fits?
- should i get a smaller turbo?
- should i sell the whole kit ?
- should i sell my car ?
- should i sell em both ?
- should i start a new project? "i always wanted a teg"
WTF should i do ..

There is no right or wrong way to fabricate something......

Any pics of how close the fit is?
Sight unseen, my 2cents says grind away just a little of the front mount.
.....and screw on a short piece of A/C hose to the existing one to make it longer, so you can re-route it.
-----------------
To make a new front mount easier to wedge into my car past the header,
it was pretty easy to grind off 1/4" from each side of the 4 inch wide base.........
and the mount almost FELL into place!

I also shortened the bolt sticking out the top of the mount, so I don't have to jack up the motor so high to swap it out next time it goes bad.

Yes. If anything just grind it down, and use stiffer mounts all around.

well i have always had hatchbacks especially efs with b16 b18 and the h22 swap and when you swap you dont use the front mount so i would do away with it just get some good hassport side and rear mounts and you will be fine. Post pics of the clearence issue.
