Default Erradic idle on JDM d15b

I have a crazy idle problem on my civic. Went through the basics to check out the cause but failed. we changed the IAC, checked for vacum leaks, and looked for ECU throwing codes and all came up negative. What else could this be? It is annoying the absolute shit out of me. someone please help.

I would like to also see if this is causing a problem with my throttle being extremley sensitive.

If your ignition timing is over advanced at idle, your vehicle will hunt for an idle.
