Default h22 turbo setup

ok i finally decided to boost the h22 the setup is as followed
SFP T3 manifold
IHI gm-5 t3/to4e turbo
Tial wastegate set @ 10 psi
JRC FMIC
3 inch Downpipe w/E-cut
TurboXS RFL bov
450 DSM injectors
p28 chipped uberdata to run the 450 injectors
Now the motor is 100% stock internally but has basic
bolt ons FPR, I/H/E, cam gears vafc. The motor is stout, good compression all the way across, Im very confident in this motor and I baby it.. but i dont wanna blow it! I hear the h22's are not a good canidate for boost due to it sleeves and ringlands?. is it safe to run it @ 10psi?
The turbo is ready to be bolted on as soon as the weather clears but im still waiting on the piping, oil feed line and misc gaskets.(anyone know where i can get this stuff from locally?)
Are there any tips that I should know about before boosting the h22?
any help would be great .
thanks
chris

got the FMIC mounted

this will go on when it stops raining

i always see a turbo next to a soda can .. so here it is

Chris,

If I remember correctly, I street tuned tuned civicboy's car on a t3 turbo that supported up to 350 whp. He went 12.8 on falken azenis on a civic coupe on 11 lbs with a stock JDM h22.

You will be fine running 8-10 lbs on a stock h22 using a average t3 turbo with proper tuning.

I do agree with cronic on going with a bigger turbo then a small t3.
Regardless of what ever you go with, just make sure you get it tuned asap.

When I can, I usually enable a boost cut on every car I tune
