Red face Need some Mini-me advice, Please help!!!

Alright well i was out saturday and I was holding it at around 6 grand and the check engine light came on and the car began misfiring. I pulled the plugs again after changing them and this is what they look like:




Also the compression results were as follows:

200 60 185 180 Thos are the numbers looking at the engine from left to right.


Also are there any good write ups on removing the head/getting the pistons out. Thanks for the help, I <3 you guys.

In the number 3 cylinder after a wet test the compression went up to around 180. That would indicate rings, correct?

nope Cylinder 3's piston had half of its piston ring missing
