i just installed crower 402 cams and wanted to know what is a good street setting for them, i have a adjustable cam gears, skunk2 intake, 4-1 headers with 2.5 collector, B&M FPR, MSD Modified cap, MSD 6AL, MSD blaster coil, MSD wires, 2.5 exhaust, and intake on a stock b18b head and a b18a bottom end. thanks.

I am guessing you are asking what cam timing specs to run on them ?
Honestly, the only way to determine this would be via dyno tuning.

i have heard that there is a setting that is a great starting point for any honda dohc, but i dont remember what it was and it was just a starting point, not a set-it-and-forget-it. it was like -2 on the intake and +3 on the exhaust, or vice-versa. i dont have any experience with doing this, and wouldn't recommend it if you've no experience, but if anyone has any insight on what im guessing at, please enlighten me. If the guy i spoke to was full of crap, however, please let me know as well, so i dont spread his horseshit on other peoples carpets.
