Is this a good setup????
ok i have a stock d16z6 out of my totaled 93 coupe ok i wanna put LS rods,d16a6 pistons,skunk 2 head including cam,cam gear,valves,valve springs,retaners,stage 3 clutch,8lb flywheel and then spry 75 or get low compression pistons and boost about 6-7lbs just wondering if not so good sohc vtec setups would be nice thanks TR

If you're going to replace the internals, do it right. Get a set of eagle rods and JE pistons.
Head work should be the last thing you do, the Z6 head will be fine for 7psi. You wont see much of a gain for the money you're going to spend.
