is it possible to put a turbo on a auto d15b2? i was just lookin for something to make my car a little bit more fun to drive. lmk if its possible and how to work it as idk much about boosting.

To start off with you need to convert to mpfi ... you are dpfi ... secondly the d15b2 is weak as hell internally ... you can buildup the transmission though to handle the boost .. from a stock standpoint ... it will die as soon as it see's about 20-30+hp
maybe even less then that would kill it. It's not worth it ... get a car that already has a manual 5spd in it so you can have something to work with.

well i might be gettin a turbo sohc vtec from a 95 civic , im tryin to get enough money to get the whole car from him and swap it all over, the body is pretty trashed so i am thinkni bout just swapin the motor/trnas and shit over would that be easier/ more efficient than turbo.auto. i know he said it was pretty quick.

 

just swap in a LS or something .....i mean since u are on a bidget i assume.

I can get u a b18b with about 80k on it for 500$ , that is complete w/o a dizzy. Then all u will need to do is get mounts and linkage and a tranny. 1200 tops.
