mini me swap problems
ok. took a d15b block and a y8 head. put them together. pm6 ecu from a 89 crx si. i have a vafc and it is set to run tec at 4200 rpm. my car now tachs at 5800 and my car has no torque in low rpms.... timing is pretty good but could use work?. wondering if anyone knows what i can do to fix this problem... just replaced pistons rods and bearings also. lmk if anyone has a good solution other than get a new motor or do a dohc swap. thnx.

also every time i do timing it does not get better no matter which direction it goes.

also what dizzy are you running? obd1 or 2? i did a mini me swap and had the same problem. i ended up using the obd1 dizzy and it ran like a champ. also you might want to try using a p28 ecu. it will work wonders.

this is in an 88 so its obdo. im usting an integra dizzy froma 1990. no i do not have adjustable cams. vafc gen 1

doh. i forgot about the dohc and sohc difference...but the same sensors apply to both dont they? do you think the dizzy would make that much difference?
