do i need to change my valve springs in my gsr to put itr cams in it

most companies recommend it(valve springs and retainers as well)

just buy some inner springs from acura or find a set of inner springs

i heard u can get away with stock valve train as long as u run a mild cam. when u start getting higher lift. thats when u need different springs so they dont bind up.

If you don't want to get crazy just get some portflow inners and use itr outers

thats true but remeber the itr/ctr is 1mm 1.1mm higher at high rpm that matters that extra pressure will help floting to be safe do it i just sold my itrsprings but im sure you can find them almost as cheap
