There are 3 10mm hood latch bolts you can adjust...

Well, you can either attempt to lower your latch (Tuff work) or you can cut the hook on the hood and go with some good pins. However, I caution you to keep a watchful eye on the pins, bad stuff happens when they aren't latched and you take off for a ride.

I've already adjusted the 3 10mm bolts and adjusting the rubber standoffs but it still won't lock. I think my only option is to install hood pins.

If the hood is sitting perfectly even and it still won't latch, Bust out a dremmel with grinding tool and shave down the coating on the latch.
Sometimes aftermarket latches are to thick.

Once you get it to finally catch, Make sure you paint the latch to keep from rusting.

I had this same problem with all 3 of my Fiber Images hoods.

Id go with the pins. It would be more safe and you can get them anywhere from Redneck trailor on MLK or Landig Tractor off of causeway. Safety first!!
