Will A Si Front Lip Fit A 98 Front Bumper

I WANTED TO PUT A 99 FRONT BUMPER ON THIS CAR BUT I HAVE ALREADY ORDERED A 98 CF HOOD FOR IT. i ALREADY HAVE A SI FRONT LIP I WOULD LIKE TO USE ON IT.

it maybe could fit with modifications but id rather buy a lip specifically for the year bumper it has on..
