If your talking about a LS head on a b16, it would work. but, it wouldn't make any good power. If your talkin a gsr head on a b16, it will work and possibly make more power.

yes it will work just have to plug up the vtec hole i used a cork from ace hardware,and if you use dual valve springs and itr pistons it makes a very nice setup,i put one together for a girl about 3months ago its still running strong has about the same power as a stock b16 but cant rev as high mshe revs it to about 8K no more it runs 14.5 or so if i remeber.

i have seen this done. the motor made a little more top end power, but thats it. it was pretty cool though
