Head types???????????
What is the difference in these runners both from b series vtec heads.
One on the left is from a b16 head one on the right is a unknown head possibly ITR.

the one top is the know b16 oil runner what about the other one, gsr is out of the question since head was running itr intake manifold

I believe those are called cam girdles, but Im not entirely postitive because I am not part of the V-Tech clan...

i dont think that one is better than the other . honda has switched from alot of cast pices to CNCed aluminum. for instance look at all the new fuel rails compared to older ones.probably cheeper.

jay i told you its a B16 head not an ITR, NA200 hes trying to determine if the head is a ITR or B16 he was told ITR. From the looks of the Runners I say B16. I thought there were a few diff measurements that were diff, but ITR and B16 heads are almost identical.

the intake sides are the same size on itr/b16/think ls and gsr only the exust is ported on a itr/ctr head the valves have thinner((to make lighter))head can bearly tell..and of course the if its a 99-00 B16 it has only 2 exust studs but the exust dual springs will tell you also
