radiator fans

so i just got one of those thin radiator fans and im wondering which way it should go, should it push or should it pull air? it is mounted on the back of the radiator just like the stock fan....except thin and with better air flow.

Just think what it would be doing if you were driving on the highway and it was on.
If it was pushing air out youd be having issues.
