Damn this 6k rev limiter, wtf??
Ok, this is getting super annoying. obd1 z6 motor, nailing rev limiter at 6k. I checked all of the ECU wires and made sure they were all correct, everything was perfect. Tried 2 different p28's that work perfect in friends cars, and still didn't fix it. What else could it be?

K wtf, ive tried 2 stock p28's, tried a chipped p28, a new dizzy, and its still doing the same shit. The tach can't be off can it, cause the car idles perfect at like 800, doesnt sound high at all so it must be right if its reading the right idle. Im hookin up a monster tach tomorrow to see exactly what rpm its going to, but I dont think the tach is off. The car used to have a fields vafc in it, that was pulled out, and ever since its been doing this. Should I just get another fields vafc? Could it be the TPS?
