i know this is an old forum, but i have 404 in my teg and i have it idle at 1 grand all day and never stall out. but i did get it tuned by john vega as well. it all depends on the tuner. One thing that makes bads starts i the emission control on obd2 cars using the 0bd1 ecu. john vega disconected the sensor on top the intake manifold and i never had a problem with it again

 

i see that you are new so ill be nice, but you really dont need to be bringing up old threads like this.
