You can use the SOHC VTEC harness, or use your stock one and add the vires for VTEC solenoid and pressure switch. The P28 reads a 4 wire o2 sensor, where as a P08 (stock D15B) reads a 1 wire o2 sensor. Run whichever ECU cooresponds with the number of wire o2 sensor you plan on using.

NONONONONONO.....
1. You can use your stock harness with either ECU. You will need to add the wires for the VTEC solenoid and pressure switch TO your STOCK DX harness.
..or..
2.IF you want to spend the extra money, you can BUY a harness for a OBD-1 SOHC VTEC motor.
..NEXT OBJECTIVE..
o2 sensor.
1. If you HAVE or WANT TO HAVE a 4 wire oxygen sensor, use the P28.
..or..
2. If you HAVE or WANT TO HAVE a 1 wire oxygen sensor, use the P08 that came with your JDM D15B.
..ALSO..
D-Series parts pretty much are all interchangable with each other. Parts that are OBD specific will be the exceptions (Dist., Connections, etc.)

I did the same swap into my hatch. mines a vx, so it has stock VTEC wiring. all parts will bolt up.. except the d15b distributor, u need to take the little gray piece out of the plug. then it will bolt up. any other Q's, call 727 742 4821, or PM me.
i have chipped P28 by the way.

Damn kid. You're making this so difficult. It would be an easy install if you READ THE RESPONSES AND PAY ATTENTION. Put the bowl down..
-Put the SOHC VTEC harness in since you have one at your disposal.
-You can run the motor with a P08.
-You can also run the motor with a P28.
-The P08 ECU utilizes a 1 wire oxygen sensor.
-The P28 ECU utilizes a 4 wire oxygen sensor.
-If you don't have a 1 wire o2 sensor, go to the **
-If you DO have a 1 wire oxygen sensor go to the @@.

**Hopefully you have a 4 wire o2 sensor, if so, you need to use the P28. If you don't have a 4 wire o2, go to the ##.

@@Use the P08.

##Go to Napa/Advance/carquest and buy one. Use the P28.
