jdm head light questions for 2nd gen teg

i got theese jdm 1 piece head lights on my 2nd gen teg and can't figure out what bulbs they take any body know?

JDM H4H bulb. only sold in japan. check ebay, Ive seen them on there recently for about $60-70 shipped.
