i wish my rods were shot peened... i'm not sure that they really need it but i'd feel a lot safer.

sure its a s1 close gear most s1 only came on usdm and are long geard the short gear s1 is very very very rare cause most jdm come with j1 and y1 i hope your right on that nice set i built same thing but used the stock b18a with typeR dualsprings and .5 oversizeds valve for someone about 6months ago and it runs so freaking sweet almost keeps up with my built b16 and a nice 8K rev good luck MAKE SURE YOU DO IT ALL RIGHT when putting it 2gether

Smart Man - I know this is gonna work out 10x better for me, I'm an n/a freak. P.s. I was in ur neighborhood yesterday to pick my tag up from a kid, saw ur rsx but didnt know which apt. was urs, I forgot lol.

Rangcrx - yea it is a b16 tranny, short geared, I drove it while it was in the car and 5th gear was like 5k rpms at 60 mph lol, shitty but w/e itll go faster..

Miles - yea I always like to go the SAFE way when either spraying or revving, I'm sure ur car was build damn good though, so u should have nothing to worry about..
