I have a friend who just got a motor swap.He's scrared to spray or boost the car.Whats the best parts without redoing the bottom end.Money isnt an object but streetabilty is.(no ITB's)

Its a eg hatch.I tried to convince him to go the ls/vtec,b20vtec route but he said he hears probs with them.I think if he can put down a hair close to 200whp he would happy.I was thinking similarly to miles on a ported,cammed head package and rev the crap out of it.Does Gude sell a head package and is it worth it?

 

Why not ITB's their have been several people daily driving on a ITB setup and put down excellent #'s. It's all in the part throttle tune (as far as part throttle driveability on ITB's go). Can you be more specific on your buddy's swap/setup ? We have no clue what he is running and what he is going to be running it in (So we are all basically shooting in the dark here). Also ls/vtec's have proven to be reliable as long as they are built right.

 

Hondata or other good computer tuning.
