how much and how hard si it to put a b20 in a 90 crx

i think what he meant to say is, b20's are about $850 w/shipping from here http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc...age&item=30025 .

then you need an alternator...used ~$30
and a mount kit ~$450 w/shipping http://hasport.com/Products/Mount%20...unt%20EFB1.htm
and linkage...modify your stock one for free or buy for ~$200 http://hasport.com/Products/Linkage.htm


plus clutch, water pump, timing belt, tranny, obd 0 ls ecu, gasket set, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, convert to MPFI if you aren't already.

B20 is more of a building block engine. i wouldn't personally run a straight b20, i would build it first. the 2 liter is a better motor than the ls if you ask me tho.

So he is going to run the OBD0 1.8 LS ecu on his OBD2 2.0 distributor/electronics....right.

Keep all the OBD2 stuff and get an OBD0-1 conversion harness and a chipped Pr4 ecu. You can NOT run the OBD0 ecu wtih the OBD1/2 distributor.

sorry....and an obd 0 b-series dist. ~$50...
i forget one thing and instead of chiming in on it, you make a much more costly reccomendation....~$50 for the dist. that will run with a cheap old ls ecu, or a conversion harness that's ~$110 and a newer, hence more expensive, ecu that needs to be chipped (more money). with the obd 0 dist. it will be just like swapping in a b18a, so don't even give me any crap about 'it will be better' or anything like that. as for tuning with the old ls ecu, zdyne is the answer for obd 0.

he wants a b20 cuz he had a clean ass eg coupe with a b20 in it and he destroyed it i feel sorry for this next car

umm actually frankie i didnt destroy it someone hit and when u buy ur own cars come talk to me untill then shut ur mouth i am just lookin at ideas and wanna b20 another car and build it
