Uberdata?
in defense of myself AGAIN, i ran ubderdata for a year with no problems till i went to make some changes,
like i said if you have the time use it, but i couldnt afford to pay for that much dyno time, the cost of all that dyno time would be the same price for hondata, and 60-1 swore to me that he could have my car running well on a base map and perfect from street tuning, and he delivered all of that and more.
ANY time i had a stupid question about something, he answered it and helped me thru everything which is more than i can say for others, who also live in the same town as US.
nothing personal blake i was jsut stating my ignorantly known facts, im an ignorant bastard

ive had VERY few problems with uberdata. and ive noticed the more familiar i got with the program the less bugs it seemed to have. most programs have slight bugs in it. i know hondata has had quite a few as ive learned from first hand experience, even aem ems has bugs in it, its just part of the game and working around the bugs to fit the needs of each car. all the systems work great and im sure if uberdata had the financial backing that hondata had it would have some of those better features that hondata possesses, but it doesnt, and thats why its free. just make sure whoever tunes your car is confortable and familiar with the system that both of u choose and u should not have any problems.

And cronic, you know nothing of my raport with any of the major tuners

60-1EK: I didnt want to mention names, but it was def user error in the case with mikes car. end of story. And charging 200% of the original cost of a chip is no where near fair :/ I'll wait my 3-4 days. And I never asked you any basic questions? I asked you technical questions about basic stuff, msot of which you couldnt answer.
interesting thread,keep it going......

You are damn right its not fair. But why should I waste my time with you to help you out and save you some time/money when all you do is bash me? I don't answer your questions because you have all the time in the world to search. I have the answers, but am not going to waste my time helping you when you do nothing for me but cause me grief.
And who cares about mentioning names. You come off and say "your tuner is/was retarted" is just pathetic. You wrote a program. Wow. Not smart enough to market it and piss and moan when I try and overcharge you for things. I guess they let retarted peope through mechanical engineering school? Retarted people fly to Honda to talk with engineers there?

Anyways, enough of this crap. Sorry for going off topic to the original poster. If you decide to go with UD, 99b16si is going to be your man for tuning.

either way this does not need to turn into a bashing thread, poor guy just wanted to learn somethings about EFI tuning and it turned into a mess. i say we re-route this back on topic. good discussion tho guys
rrrrrrrrrrrr all this anger and aggression

If you experience bugs with Uberdata its because you didn't feed the midget in your engine bay
