Are you proud of what u drive/accomplished?
i know this isnt a tech but fuck off
just wondering if anyone ever brags about what their motors have accomplished and whats dont to it and shit like that. me, i cant shut my mouth for what ive done, to think i used to be a rotary head and i couldnt keep my rx7 on the road for more than a week at a time. my ls motor has done some serious damage to other cars and its amazing. i beat my motor to the ground and it cranks up everyday ready to go through it all over again. @129.8 whp and 123.8tq, its something that cant believe myself. i coulndt be any happier with what i have. anyone else feel this way aswell?

i'm proud that i did the motor swap and that i'm not running a stock h22a in my car.. but i know it's not as near as fast as its going to be when we pull the motor back out and rebuild it all and boost it over summer break.
i am very proud of my car that was once a stock sedan grocery getter accord that is now completely shaved, headlight conversion, all that.. so yea i guess.

i'll be proud as soon as i can build a car myself
i mean i like every car i've owned (except for that damn truck... that thing blew goats) but none of them have been all my work (while the cars have gotten a serious dose of power while i owned them, such as the completely reworked head my b16 hatch got, or the 50 hp jump my 240 got from tuning, it's not quite as satisfying as piecing together my own car)

I am proud, but I think I am humble. I've got some good accomplishments under my belt, but your never done it seems. Things always change, so it never does me any good to explain myself to people as they rarely understand. I like the fact that I have a single though, because other than "why?" People rarely ask me about my setup because it's only a single cam. Not only that, I'm just not into the "how fast is it" thing. That never gets you anywhere, and it just starts rumors.
I'm proud of what i have build/done to my cars and they none of them really dissapointed me.I'm not proud of what i drive(no longer doing a racecar/daily driver) and finally wised up.Whats next is hush hush for about a week or sooner....
i proud of what I have known and accomplished in the last year or so getting more in depth into honda motors etc.. Iam very greatful for the success of most of my owned cars. All Hondas. Mainly iam just proud of grasping the knowledge and being able to apply what I have learned and it becoming a strong running motor. And Iam really getting into this dseries stuff.
CJ posted! what?

Hell yea I am very happy with what I have learned from David G and others over the past couple of years.
The single cam runs great and does what we had hoped for. The responsiveness owns me.
The dual cam is right behind it as life has made the opportunity for me to do the work this time.
While I see my Honda's differently then other owners, I know my final "set" vision is going to happen.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

fuck FMU's
that is all.
that is all.

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fucking temperamental.
I'm proud of the cars that I have built and helped build. Especially since I have taught myself by reading and doing. There have been times that I have doubted my abilities but I seem to always pull it through.
