Default High idle.. HELP!

Ive got a 91 hatch with a 93 LS motor in it, ran perfect till my IACV went out, i replaced that today, idle is still dead even at 2100, could it be the TPS? everything is hooked up right, all vacuum lines, etc. Throwing a code 7, and 43, always throws 43 though, even with my brand new o2 sensor.. 7, i dont know what that is, havent looked it up yet, but I really really need to get this idle down, the throttle cable is adjusted right, and the screw on the top of the t/b is all the way tightened, what else could it be??? Any help is appreciated, thanks guys..

7 is tps, you can find all the codes at the top of the page. maybe your iavc screen is dirty.
