Ive been wiring this shitbox mess forever now, and I need some input from people that have done this procedure. I have wires ran from A1,A3, A5, A7 for the injectors. I have C1 and C2 wires for the CPS (cylinder position sensor).

Now, on the injector resistor box, i have 4 black wires each going to an injector, then the one red wire. Which wires do I run to the red inj. resistor box? And does the main relay control the resistor box? etc.

I have everything else plugged in, wired up and ready. TPS, MAP, injectors, etc. The distributor is plugged in and set, I have fuel and Im putting a pushbutton starter switch. Is there anything else that is the bare minimum for the car to start? Im almost positive its the resistor box not wired correctly but I wouldnt know as to this being my first MPFI conversion and its on a b16a.

Any input would help alot thanks.

alittle info...first off the dizzy..si dizzy's have tdc and crank angle sensors.they have 2 extra wires on it.they are blue/green and blue/yellow.blue/green goes to C1 and blue/yellow is C2..now the injectors..cut the wires at the 2 stock injectors..connect the 2 black/yellow wires together and run them to the yellow wire on the injector box.run the yellow wire to injector #1.run the red wire to injector #3.now run injector #2 to A3 and injector #4 to A7...the 4 red and/black injector wires go to the injector box.you must extend tps and eavc sencer wires..make sure you also switch the green/white and yellow/white wires on the tps plug..at the ecu cut wires at c1 and c2.connect the wire you cut from c1 to b10 and the wire you cut at c2 and run it over to b12..c1 and c2 are white and orange wires.....thats about it..

 

I have all of that done now. Distributor is done but Im not certain on the two wires that go to the resis. box. Do the wires come from the ecu? If so, what pins? And if not, do they come from the pgmfi main relay?

 

nothing goes from the ecu to the injector box..ecu plug A (the white plug)you have to pull A7 and A3..it will be a red and a yellow wire.they are your injector # 2 and 4.injector#2 is A3 and 4 is A7.AFTER YOU HAVE WIRED the 4 positives to the injector plugs you will have a red and black wire on all 4 plugs left..they go to the injector box..it doesnt matter witch wires go where..also..did you switch the wires from c1 and c2 over to b10 and b12 ???..i will build you a harness and drive way out to you for 200 installed...check my post on import car parts for sale..i build these harness's all the time..lmk

 

also..do you even know what pins are for the vtec sel ,vtec oil pressure sel and knock sen.???i have them here if you need them to..

 

hey dude, let DOHC16CRX help ya out. Nate did my dpfi to mpfi swap and it runs great.. man knows what he's doing.
