Hi how ya Doing Dirtydave=Honda Mechanic and Yes My Si has power everything ! Canook Si and ALOT of USDM Si's have power options installed Ex DX Si all have the OPTION for power options EX has them standard SI is an option.


But yeah MINE DO !!!

 

ok so to make sure I got it, no abs ( like I really wanted it anyway), si had 4wheel disc, no power options, but can be swapped from a coupe. and the si had a sunroof?

I only questioned the si as a hb because I went to edmunds for car reviews and it didn't have an si listed under the hb's but I guess they got it wrong.

I'd rather have the wiring already there for the vtec stuff so that my hondata is plug and play, but a few extra wires are no biggie if I have to ( just wanted to confirm the plugs are the same).

any issues with keeping the a/c on a turbo hb, I know the hb has more room than my crx ( not alot but still more )?

 

you Might wanna look for a 92-93 Canadian Si it has

yeah but then I might have to go up to canukville to get it?

the 2390lbs may actual help keep the wheels on the ground, considering the 15psi that I'll run daily on it. plus my crx is like 2000lbs without the added stereo and turbo kit. so I'm not gonna sweat it, plus no matter what I do there's always someone faster so why bust my ass for the fastest ( afterall it's a hobby not a living). I'll make do with faster than 90% of cars on the road, and maybe half the cars at the track.

did you get it off someone from canada or what, also doesn't that have km where mph usually is?

 

it was bought used from a guy in orlando, and it had a Integra dash in it I put a OEM USDM Si dash in it.

 

obviously they arent doing enough research on who they give the title 'honda mechanic' to.

feel free to go to honda-tech and ask if the Si comes with Power windows or locks.

they are an option, as i mentioned, but the Si did not come with it. the options had to be ordered pre-delivery.

 

Your an idioit If the car DIDNT come with it then it wouldnt be an option Every car has POWER OPTIONS 99.9% just come preinstalled, They ALWAYS make a full power version for retail without having to order them. Pefect Example the ELEMENT has an AC OPTION well guess what 50% of the elements that rolled off the truck we install AC in WHY ? because people want it !

So here We go SI came with power options and not always preordered actually i have the original purchase order for my car when the girl bought the car new and It says noting about ORDERED power options She bought it off the lot with power ! :bbb:
