93 civic ex: starting hard when cold
Its all stock. All servicing has been done except valve adjustment. 97k miles. I've owned the car for about 10k miles and always use 93 octane. What the hell is going on. It just starting doing this about 300 miles ago if that. First it sounded as a very slight squeal in the belts but now it just starts hard like.
any suggestions. Haven't had a chance to really trouble shoot but I have a had enough time to dick around the net so thanks reading.

yes the filter has been replaced. It has received a full srvc. all belts, water pump, hoses, cap, rotor, oil pan gasket, axles, you name it and it has been changed.
starting cold meaning it seems to rev a bit higher on the initial start up and the transition of it turning over to actually being started is hard at times. I just did an oil change to mobil 10-30w and it seems to be ok. Plus its a bit warmer. Not sure if these will even be deciding factors. Just trying to state all the facts.
