Chris car is 12 second capable given he fixes the shift linkage, gets some IDEAL rubber, stronger axles (Gator Racing Stage 2 would do it), a new head gasket and SEAT TIME. Not too much more needed. Until then you are right. It will keep pulling low 13's. Also, Qitstrn isnt going by an ET calculator.

 

I went 11.74@117 with 300whp on 22x8 slicks. It only took 275whp for me to hit 12.44. Sorry if i know how to drive.

Yes. Ideal meaning something like an M&H DOT P235/60-14 or an M&H 8.5/24.5-15 slick. Would you believe there are 2300lb Honda's with stock internal B16a's pulling high 11 second time slips on pump gas?

Yet I have yet to see it from Chris that is all, this is not about what the cars that are similar to pulling , this is about this particular car. that is all, I have raced his car, I know how fast it is. That is all I am basing this off. I know you are his partnet in crime, its cool but I am not trying to disbelieve hondas are capable of anything.

I just know what his car is capable of given a little more work (no more HP needed).

 

I believe his car is capable of 12s, 11s Id be hard pressed to see it, but I think that he needs a lot more practice driving it to get the max results and even then a near perfect run. I dont take what you say personal and to all those who think I am just talking without knowing about his car, I have raced his car 2 separate times and thats what I base my conclusions on. I mean the right slicks will make many cars fast. Ive seen a stock SRT run 12.9 on slicks, a guy with the same setup I used to have ran 12.1@114mph with a bit of weight reduction. I do want to see him run the times hes capable off but no one can blame me for being skeptical when he talks about it like hes already done it.
