lol don't build it or you will go crazy and buy freaking expensive parts......... buy a kit so much cheaper then just sell the manifold in the kit and get an h22 manifold
there is a guy selling a good turb on here now for like 500 i would have gotten it but i just bought mine the other day.
EDIT: ... just now realized that my second statement contradicts my first. It really depends on the deals to you get as to what to do, the kit comes with everything, no hassles, buying part by part ensures that you are happy with everything and also allows you to build it up over time for those that don't have 500-2000 dollars laying around.

The best idea would be to buy quality parts, sepereate from the kit. Although it can be slightly more expensive, you'll thank yourself in the long run.
You can piece a _good_ kit together for around 2500 bucks, and only get the stuff you need.
You do not need: FMU, Blue box, SAFC, MSD ANYTHING.
You do need: Larger injectors to meet your power goals, Engine Management such as uberdata, you will need a competent tuner, a fuel pump would be a good idea, however unnecessery unless your planning on running more then 350whp.
A good manifold will run you 500 bucks at least. A downpipe can be custom made, expect to pay 300 for one. Maybe more. 2.5" is the least I would go with a downpipe.
For decent power at low boost, go with a decent sized t3/t4 or other proven hybrid turbo. At least a .63 a/r stage 5 exhaust wheel.
For intercooler, I would recomment at least 3" deep, 8" high, and 24+" long. Keep the piping as short as you possibly can. The size of the pipe should be kept 2.5"+.
oil lines and small fittings should be purchased at Amazon hose. They are resonably priced, and have everything you need as far as couplers, clamps, and hoses.
There are many shops around here competant enough to tune uberdata. However from what I've personally seen. I would have to go with Dave for your tuning. 99B16SI. He's an intelligent little man, and he hasn't been in the game so long he's burnt out. So he still has his heart in the cars he tunes.

Hmm, i was under the impression that I was going to need to get a new fuel pump, i have the stock b16a3 dohc vtec motor on a vtec model del sol, i was told that it doesn't pump as much due to vtec so i would need to upgrade, if i don't have to spend the extra 90 bucks i don't want to, my goal is only 250whp for now and i'm going to be running 440cc injectors although i highly doubt i will ever use them beyond 400. So what do you think do I need to upgrade or would it just be a waste until future mods where more whp will be gained
