Default Pictures of a recent build.

These are pics of a motor I recently built for a friend.
Just figured they are something to look at to kill time

Assembling the new ITR head....

Pulling the old b16

Crank & Mainbearings installed:

LongBlock Rear:

LongBlock front:

Lots of acura parts:

Setup specs:
Motor/Performance:
Ls/Vtec specs estimated 12.3:1 estimated compression ratio
B18a1 block/rods/crank
Arp rod bolts
CTR .25 over pistons
Ls headgasket
Brand New 2001 ITR head & cams
AEBS intake manifold & a 65mm throttle body
Skunk2 Cam Gears
Golden eagle lsvtec line kit & dowels
Chipped ecu running a custom program.
Exedy clutch w/ oem b16 flywheel
2000 b16 transmission
B&m fpr set at 51 psi & guage
AEM intake
Powersteering bypassed
Dc Sports b16 header
Greddy Evo Exhaust with a highflow resignator

This setup still needs a better header & exhaust.
It also needs to be tuned on a dynojet using crome or uberdata etc

Thanks to James - 1fast hatch, (I felt like shit the day everything was finished & James helped by pushing me around etc )

Thanks to Dave & Glen at hybrid tuning for letting me tune my car & Jame's car on short notice & at crazy hours.

Note to self: Don't trust skunk2 to torque cam gear bolts down from the factory, tripple check main seal even when you feel like shit.

What size bolts did you use to put your engine on the stand? I need to get mine on my engine stand but don't know what bolts to use? Is it the transmission bolts? And will they be long enough?
