Default Need some fly suggestions...

I've got a 98 Civic Dx with i/h/e, y8 head swap, OBD-1 conversion and a Skunk2 chipped p28 ECU. I'm looking to get a new clutch and flywheel in the next week or so and I've decided to go with ACT HDSS clutch kit. Now, the site that I might order from is prostreetonline.com. They offer a clutch/fly combo which contains the HDSS Clutch Kit and a Prostreet 8lb. flywheel. I've got people telling me that I should get the ACT StreetLight flywheel and get it at 12 lbs. My question is what to do ? I've heard good things about prostreets products, I'm just concerned that the 8lb. flywheel is a little too light. I've got a friend with a GSR swap in his Ek with an 8.4lb ACT StreetLight clutch, but thats DOHC. I'm concerned with that 8lb. fly. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

You do not need a new flywheel....if you get one get the 12lb one though imo.

go 12lbs, 8lbs is too lite, and is really not ideal for daily drive-ability. IMHO

if your going to get a flywheel, you won't be needing 8lbs on a lightly modded minime. I'd choose something heavier especially for a daily driver.

What would the car act like if I did go 8lbs ? How much of a difference in daily driving should I be expecting ?
