i got a question, when it starts getting hot outside, and driving my car around for a while ill press the brakes and the pedal will slowly go down, its that a bad break booster or the break master cylinder thats bad? or is it the same thing?

brake fluid is full and im not losing any. it sucks on a hill or something ill press the brake , after 1 or 2 seconds it very slowly compresses to the floor and then i can hear the calipers slowly ease off the discs. so i take my foot off the brake and smash the pedal and regrips but then it repeats itself

i would say its the master cylinder cause your brake pedal slowly goes to floor when its bad, i think when the booster is going bad the brake pedal becomes hard. also do not think the weather (heat) has any noticeable effects on your brakes during normal driving. the master cylinder is bolted to the booster and the booster to the firewall, they are different but work together. if he had a leak i think the pedal will go to the floor immediately.

i had a slight leak because the bolt going into the caliper wasnt lined up. the pedal would only go to the floor if i forced it all the way down. it still held but as soon as i left off it would disengage

its your brake master cylinder. my car does the exact same shit. when its hot or i drive the car more than 20 minutes the brake pedal slowly creeps down to the floor, and im not loosing any fluid, same as you. but im happy because it gave me an excuse to get a new one plus slotted rotors and stainless brake lines.
