Default wiring problem

i know shit about wiring but my speedometer and odometer dont work but everything else does i have a 94 civic ex auto. do yall have any clue what it could be and how i could fix it sometimes it will cut on for like 10 secs then cut right back off

first, check the connection at the vss on the tranny...should be located just below the starter on the back of the tranny...if its loose it may cause intermittant failure...i think yours is an electronic, just make sure its plugged in...

your vss is prob. bad, friends did the same thing we changed it out and it work
