All Most Done...

Got my tranny in today.

BRAND NEW Type R Transmission, 4.4 FD w/ LSD

The tranny will be mated with this motor, (check the sig

)

and placed in this car!!!

I remember when my tranny looked like that from the box....since then it has 500 miles and 4th gears have blown to pieces and final drive has blown to pieces. All the joys of tranny hood.

Did you get it apart from track day? I guess i have been lucky. I have only thrown the diff right out 2 times now. I havent had any problems since the quaife but i'm thinking of going with a spool real soon.

By the way, Ron, keep the Quaife... Spools suck ESPECIALLY for street driving... If you get one, say bye bye to your turning radius, and forget about driving it on the street...

Kinda weird you mention it, because I just had this conversation with Collin today..
