The 18g isn't that small of a turbo. The turbo can put someone well into the 300's with a good amount of boost.

I don't like Mitsu turbos on Hondas personally. But at stock boost, 7ish psi, you should see ~170whp or so. Just a guess, don't feel like making the calculation right now.

So I'm not going to need any upgrades to my pistons or rods if I'm going to run 5 pounds to start off right?

You dont need to rebuild your bottom end. That turbocharger on your motor is good for 300whp maybe a little bit more but not much. Ditch the Blue Box that comes with it. It's crap. Have 99B16Si chip your ECU and tune Uberdata if you are strapped for cash. Uberdata with some 450cc fuel injectors will be good for 250whp - 270whp daily. Good luck
