what internals for b16a head goin on lsvtec help!!!

Default what internals for b16a head goin on lsvtec help!!!

i have b16a head and its goin with my lsvtec im using jdm itr pistons i want to know wut would be good internals for it i was thinkin oem itr or ctr cams dont know or if i should go with a brand name, same with valves and valve springs help me out if u know anything and can help

well it all depends on how much power your trying to get out of the motor and how much money you want to spend.

but if your just going with ITR or CTR cams just get some duel valve springs of some kind and stock valves will be fine unless you plan on spraying alot of n2o

ctr cams with portflow titanium retainers, ITR outer/portflow inner valvesprings. they have worked the best for me & my friends. "bert-o" is selling a set of portflow inners for a great price.

yeah arnt ctr cams better then itr cams? is there a differance in the jdm cams would they fit in a usdm head? im tryin to jus get a desent amount of power like 200 whp or around there

itr/ctr exhaust cams are the same. the intake on a ctr has a little but more duration i believe

so it would be better to get the exhuast cam itr and intake cam ctr with portflow retainers and inner springs and itr outter springs does that sound like a good setup?

the man thing is TITANUM RETAINES DONT USE ANY KIND OF STOCK ONES!!! i would buy those inner springs from bertO and just use your own outters and stock valves

any setup for dohc is better with duel springs it puts more pressure on the valve to close it faster at high Rpm and full combustion
