couple weeks ago i was driving and noticed my temp gage goin up every week it goes more higher now its almost on the red i checked the coolent and its filled up and when its hot and i turn it off the fan comes on but wont come on in idle could it be the thermostat or what im not sure and my ac dont work at all so i dont know if that has anything to do with it help please lmk

 

oh yeah when i stop it gets higher when i start goin it starts to cool down wuts up with it?

 

Do both large radiator hoses get hot to the touch??

 

its your fan hook it up to a toggle switch to be able to turn off and on when you wish you can tell thats your problem from what you state

 

fan works..ive looked at his car,fan works only when the car is shut off..also,fan does not kick in at operating temperature..which means the thermostat isnt opening and closing properly...fan works but not while motor is running??? 99% sure that the thermostat is shot..-Greg

i will go and see wut i can do ill get a thermostat how hard is the installation to do ? if that dont work ill let yall know thanx for the help ill see if this ish works

 

regarding about the fan, it could be your thermo. switch. I highly doubt this, but check your radiator cap because mine fell apart a couple days ago and screwed me pretty hard. Good luck man.

 

i went to auto zone and got everything for it a new thermostat and the guy looked at it and said it wasnt that i can try it but i might need a fan switch and sumthin else so ill see wut it will do when i replace the thermostat if that doesnt work then i will get the stuff the guy reccommended
