need help blue-white smoke:(

ok i got a 91 integra ls with a 98 gsr motor , the guy i got the car from did the swap, i have had the car for like a year or a little more now and the car runs and drives great but when i start it up and if i rev it up a little bit alot of blue-white smoke comes out,and wheni drive around normal it does not smoke at all , but if i really get on it like to race someone it smoke really bad so i don''t know what the hell it is . If any one can help me let me know and i will pay some one anyone to fix it for me. but someone told me it could be bad piston rings, or a bad head gasket. and i do have a small oil leak somewhere. If you think you know what it is please let me know or tell me a good place Honda/Acura shop around here i can take it to.. thanks

odds are its probably is losing compression one or more of the cylinders from either A. the piston rings or B. the valve seals

might be time for a rebuild with some itr pistons

lol well thats what i was thinkin if it is bad piston rings i mine as well put some itr pistons in

but will see what it turns out to be

valve seals is what is sounds like to me could also be bad piston rings

Valve Seals leak at idle.

if it does it at cold start up chances are its valve seals

cool ,well thanks for the feed back ,now i got to fine someone who could fix it , and takers to come look at it or i'll come to you i buy the parts if u can fix it, i'll pay what ever. so let me know if u want to make a little money
