Lightbulb jdm conversions

I was just wondering, i just got a 96 teg ls, i wanted to swap the motor and engine . what type of motor and engine should i get, where can i get a good price, and what parts will i need that doesnt come with the swap?
Also what should i do first, exterior, add horses or start with new shoes?

You going to be N/A I suppose? I would vote for a B18C5, the Type ARRGHH enigne. Or just a regual B18c...GSR engine.......But why not save some money and get a SC or Boost it.. Unless your really into making a N/A car......

And just incase your a ricer(not saying you are)...NO BODY KITS! tegs look good with a small lip kit, but nothing too big

Wheels---Circuit 8's or slipstreams(sp?) are a few good rotas..IMO.....

My two cents........integra's are good cars, it'll treat you nice what ever you do...have fun

ok first off.. arent the motor and engine the same thing?
if you want a conversion a jdm type R motor runs you around 5000-5500. sometimes you can find a whole clip with jdm front and rhd for around 6k, found someone in orlando.. was a hell of a deal.. normally when you get a full swap you get everything, motor, tranny, ecu, axles and shift linkage..

otherwise you can normally pick up a gsr for fairly cheap. and that would be a good bit faster then the LS.. otherwise just turbo the ls for some decent power..

as for wheels depends on the color of your car.. however 16's are normally the best size if you want to be performance oriented

and for the exterior either a jdm front end conversion or a nice type R lip, and the honda optional side skirts look great

if you need any info just holla

you a have a good running b18b right? you can use the money you would spend on a swap and build the motor you have and then...... boost away
