Default Good Honda Repair Shop

I've got a friend here at work who drive's an 89 Integra. His fuel pump quit. Not sure if it's the pump or the relay or what, but he doesn't have the tools to work on it and isn't allowed to do work at his apartment complex, anyway. Needs some A/C work done, too.

Any recommendations for a good, honest and reliable Honda shop in the Clearwater/Largo area? (he lives near East Bay and Missouri)

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
