Default flywheel and clutch

ok heres the setup, 88 crx si with b16 and a1 cable tranny, obd1 upgrade, will be running approx 10 psi on a t3/t40e ( .48/.60)

The flywheel is probably fucked, missing teeth, ( see my other post for details) and the extra oem may be as well, so I may need to get a new one.

like this.

but I need to know how light is too light. this is a daily driver so needs to be street friendly but I intend on putting more power to it later as well so needs to be a decent flywheel.

when I pull the flywheel I am going to see if the clutch disc is about gone as well and if so I am thinking something like this

also does it matter whether or not the flywheel and clutch are from a cable or hydraulic tranny? and if so is there a way to look on the flywheel I have to tell if its from a cable tranny?

if you know of a good place with quality stuff cheap let me know. thanks

all flywheels are the same for bseries motors cable/hydro and all pressure plates are also the same...the discs are not you will need a 90-93 integra 1.8 NON vtec 24spline disc

why non vtec?? it seems that everything else I go for has to be vtec since the motor is vtec. is it the a1 tranny thats doing it or the cable? thanks

yes the clutch disc goes by the tranny and a cable a1...the just ask for a 90-91 integra thats easier

so if I get a clutch disc and pressure plate kit with the pilot bearing the 90-93 integra ls is the one to get since the pressure plate is bseries universal. and the flywheel is what ever bseries is the cheapest at the time what brands are good but also price effective? and whats up with the flywheel weight? thanks for the help
