Default what kind of rods and are they good

i was wanting to know what engine pr4 rods are from im thinkin b16 or gsr and im wonderin if they will fit in my ls block for a ls vtec with jdm itr pistons the rods are heat treated does that do anything? with arp bolts and nuts is this good or should i go woth somthin different lmk thanx

all ls is Pr4 heat treaded does not do to much to honda type rods or shot or glass shot rods but it helps in small ways it opens the metal somewhat to be filled in be more metal to make them strong and hold more force.the arp bolts are always the best thing for them for that dont strech thay are made from high cromoly steel one of the best metals but yes what you have will be nice for your lsvtec setup

i have stock ls rods and the heat treated rods wich would i use for it to be better because alot of people use regular ls rods so so wich should i go with????

so just stick with the stock pr4 heat treated rods or stock
